The Beach Cottage

The Beach Cottage is yours to enjoy, prepare for the day’s festivities, and relax in. It is a Nantucket style house with two full bathrooms and a wraparound porch. The vaulted ceilings, driftwood walls, and resort style furnishings make it the perfect setting for photographs.

Cocktail hour on the spacious beach lawn and host up to 250 guests in our elegant reception tent.

The Ceremony

Host your ceremony on the Elk River waterfront. We will provide:
  • Custom built white wood ceremony arbor
  • Up to 250 padded white folding chairs, arranged by your preference

The Reception

Our reception tent sits on a sandy textured, concrete pad. The tent itself is white with clear, windowed sides able to be drawn closed in the event of inclement weather. Inside features fans, string lighting, a crystal chandelier, and color changing. You and your guests have access to our 100-foot-long pier and sandy beach.

Just steps away, luxury climate-controlled restroom trailers ensure comfort and convenience for you and your guests throughout the day.

We will provide:

  • 72” round guest tables and chivari chairs
  • Large custom cabinet bar and unique barrel bar

Additional Information

The Beach venue does not include catering. However, we have a vetted list of approved caterers that you will choose from. These caterers know the ins and outs of our unique venue and have executed numerous events flawlessly. A professional Day-Of Coordinator is required to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly.
